    • Thanks Nelia, the photos are not great as they were taken in the evening under spot lighting, so they don’t even look the best.

  1. What a lovely post Theoda. Unfortunately, my recent experience with M&S Flowers is very different. I ordered a plant in a pot for my mum’s birthday and when it arrived, it looked as though it had been thrown together by a 5 year old. My poor mum was so annoyed that she complained (very unusual). They agreed to resend the following day and this was worse than the previous one. When she called, she somehow became cut off and was so angry that she asked me to intervene. I called this morning and they have promised to make good. We shall see. Very very very disappointed.

    • Oh No Cliff, I am so sorry to hear that. It is so annoying, not to mention embarrassing when it is something you’ve ordered for someone as a gift. I’ve always had great flowers from them, so can’t complain, hence this post where I sing their praises. I do hope your mom’s issue get sorted out and that she will be happy. However it does not take away from the aggravation already caused. Let me know the outcome.
